ISCID ruling - with what enforcement

What comes out of Colombia and local miners is irrelevant..... It has been going on for more than a decade - paramo delineation, Minesa, artesanal miners, leftist governments, rightist governments, blah, blah....  NOTHING changes except time... delay, delay, delay.

ISCID ruling is all that matters to recover some shareholder value.  EOM should be pressing the legal route to get Colomiba to payout.  What relevance is the ISCID ruling if simply ignored and pushed aside by the governments?   EOM should have only one objective here - pressue Colombia to pay.

I am a layman about juristics. So take this as a layman view.    Check out this link: The "Washington Convention" seems to enable faster enforcement. Anyway I guess that interest payment obligations run further, if enforcement of a given ICSID decision is delayed.  https://www.nortonrosefulbright.com/en/knowledge/publications/04f14b2a/a-comparison-of-the-enforcement ...more

Our ceo and our entire management team is as effective as the Columbian government. Would be easier to get an answer out of them than the Ceo.  I understand there me legal issues with what can be said bit sure an update or timeline of strategy would be easy enough
