Management “cut”

How the hell is $35-$45 million for "management" justifiable? I've been watching this farce for 15 years...what a scam!

It is simple Mitt. The previous CEO hired Tenor to do the arbitration who is well known for grabbing the bulk if not all of the arbitration proceeds. The original "price" was 50% of the proceeds which quickly escalated to 90%. The current CEO fortunately made Tenor give up a portion of the CRVs to shareholders. The award to management of "up to" $35-$45 million is indeed rich ...more

I thought all of this was going ot be wrapped up in Decemer with government working cleaning up etc., and here we are. Not a peep.

Well the financing late last year was an indication that sometihng was close. Anyone in touch with management lately - though I dont expect anytingbeyond a boilerplate response.
