Anything under 1 billion USD would be a big win for Colombia

Fully agree with MacBook. See also my former posting: https://stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard/c.eom/eco-oro-minerals-corp?postid=35971584

If the ICSID makes it too cheap for Colombia, they invite other nations to expropiate hard worked investments by environmental / bio diversity and other theatre farces! They would invite to breach legal valid international investment agreements after the investments are done!

I am sure, that some time after our case is closed, all out of the blue the many years delayed "Delimitation" will be speeded up and fixed. Then the government of the former guerila criminals can build the mine on basis of our former works and investments.

With modern geo data processing it would take only some days to draw a clear limitation line into the maps for any on ground activities. Deep underground activities should be in all cases allowed, if it helps the socio and economic development of a very poor region!

Yes, something like 1,2 B US$! Depending when you take the starting date, on which the damages to us happened. The de facto expropiation was executed in several steps, piece by piece by the Colombians. Even at 1.2 B$  it would be a big winning for the Colombians. The gold assets which they expropiated from us, have now a much higher net value (after deduction of "All-In Sustaining ...more
