Spinning wheels

We are just spinning our wheels here. I doubt we have a clue about the effects of the CVRs and actions of the board on our shares. No doubt the CVR holders get the bulk of any funds, but there will be a residual to shareholders, remember the CVR holders are also shareholders although their hope primarily rest with the CVRs. Having said that the responsibility of the board, which will get rich in the end, have an obligation to ensure costs are shared proportionately between the holders and shareholders. We should not get stuck with all the bills. has anyone been in touch with the board to sort this out for us? They owe us full disclosure, there are several large shareholders with loads at stake here. Even to ask the board about our actual entitlement in the various scenarios is not unreasonable.
