July 15, 2024 - The Tribunal renders its award; attached to the award is a dissenting opinion by arbitrator Horacio A. Grigera Nan and a declaration on costs by arbitrator Philippe Sands.

same source says now: Status of Proceeding: Concluded

That "our" arbitrator (Horacio A. Grigera Nan) added a dissenting opinion to the award seems NOT to be a good sign about the decision... Waiting for more details now...
