Well.... there it is.

Eco Oro sought $695US in damages.
Two years ago ICSID rules that Colombia is in violation.
Today, ICSID awards NO damages.

Everything here on out is speculation. Is it possible that the property gets sold to a buyer who then gets granted permits from the Colombian government? Maybe, but who knows.

The only lesson learned here is never get involved with Colombia.

Yep, as I've been saying just bend over and kiss our arses goodbye. Canada is leftist, and Colombia is a extreme on corrupt leftist cr4p hole. game over folks. Biggest mistake of my investing life. Ugh
