One doesn't need to know legal jargon to figure something is amiss. How is it possible for ICSID to rule in EOM'S favor n award no damages..makes no sense unless..threats and/or bribery is involved. After all this is Colombia.
By right there should be a amount reached ..whatever that figure is. Definitely there's sinister happenings in the ruling
