Free trade agreement

This angreement was signed between CanadaColombia. Colombia was found in violation of that agreement. After 8 years and numerous requests for our costs, this board decided no reparations were warranted. Why have we not enlisted the support of Canada to enforce the terms of the agreement. Unfortunately, if you recall, Canada tree huggers sided with Colombia. The tribunal told Canada they would enforce the agreement and that Canada's position was I error.

It is indeed possible that Canada intervened again on Colombia’s behalf. No idea how we would determine that.
