With few shares traded, 1CM went to $ 1.60.

 
 How can the the stocks of 1CM go so up with a few hundred shares traded? Is the evidence that there is market manipulation, by 1CM. One hundred fifty million dollars of capital market are impossible for a company with only a Pensylmenia cell phone without offices. An identity theft company can have such a high value? No company in the cannabis business without permits or factories has this kind of value.
