Mr. Nelson was the CEO and founder of Mineworx Technologies, Inc.,The Company developed a proprietary new, portable heavy metal extraction processing system which recycles over 95% of its process water and operates with a minimal environmental footprint. 

Now if you can not do a deal, and play nice with the company you founded, is there something wrong with this picture? Just saying. How can you do deals with others?

Hahahahaaaa more ammo, how about ........Co-founder..........  What is wrong with that guy??? Solid Resources became Mineworx after Pendura sold a property in Spain for $5M euro. Then the leech showed up with his leach and sent us in another direction. At the time the direction seemed like it made sense and maybe it will. MWX / Pendura have billions of $$$$$$ in assets and ...... now a

I'm genuinely interested in what MWX balance sheet you are looking at Rancher? The public one, you know, the one that we can all see, is nowhere near having a B in front of the assets. It's not even close.

Assets don't "always" show up on a balance sheet #1. Especially on a spec stock. I know you know or if you don't .........here we go "again"!!!!
