Next week, Mineworx, who has 20 per cent ownership of the Surrey ewaste plant, and other rights to the Enviroleach process will be holding a webinar. There are many shareholders of Enviroleach that are also shareholders of MIneworx, It will be very interesting to see new information, and perhaps some clarity going forward. I am happy that they are having a webinar to the investment public and all shareholders. glta

 It will be curious to see how this new course will affect ETI's timelines moving forward . They have always had the luxury of having no one in the rearview mirror when it came to commercializing their CC methodology.  MWX/Davis project may inspire a little more "Urgency" to keep pace.  It may be time for Enviroleach to "Go to the Whip" as their horse

I have a different view.  ETI has more growth/revenue avenues than MWX and from my perspective the CC market, while desirable, was not in their primary objectives.  However, for MWX, they've basically staked their future on the CC market.  It is front and center their #1 priority.  So, MWX has much more to gain or lose based on the CC recycling market. I am a shareholder of both, and I'm not laughing. I wanted a DA agreement signed between the two. Original LOI was a licensing agreement. Would have loved to see a copy of a DA that was originally sent between the two. Amazingly , with the LOI , on the in-situ private mining company, the LOI included exlusive rights. Now, exclusive rights perhaps means, different things to different people. It

I have no direct knowledge of the potential legal concerns between MWX and ETI, but I am interested in what exactly was provided to Iberian/Mineworx when Enviroleach was spun off.  I recalled that Iberian/MWX was given the rights to use the formula under particular constraints, so I went back to the press release of the spin off:
