Financial report
So we just got an update that everything is going fine with audit. Nothing of concern negatively has been found. But I will quote the sentence that intrigues me. --------------------------The Company and its auditors continue to work diligently to file its audited annual financial statements for the year ended November 30, 2021, the related managements discussion and analysis and certificates of its CEO and CFO (collectively, the Required Documents) as soon as they are available, but in any event no later than May 30, 2022--------------- today is May 24th. Their is only 6 days left but they say they will post "as soon as they are available but in any event no later than may 30th.". Clearly this is close enough that they would no if their concerned about holdups. But their not. I think this just put to rest any concerns that the report will be out and that their is nothing negative that we have to fear. Why? Do I say that? Because they imply that the report might be out before may 30th but if not , then in any event by may 30th. And nothing of material is reported that auditors found that is of concern.
