Delayed again
Had to phone management. Why? They are equally frustrated. They need auditors to sign off. But auditors yet again need more time. Man...I said I'm concerned the markets are not going to like this. He felt they must be close. This time they gave not a month but 10 days more. But again...it's out of the managers hands. Totally the auditors. He repeated that when you acquire 3 companies in a short span, this is what can happen. Lawyers told them to put out the standard response. But management did reveal one reassuring thing to me. They have not adjusted their revenue projections. So that is encouraging. So we wait for these Auditors to cross all the tees and dot all the i's.
