Getting bigger for a reason ...!

M&A creates a better company ....

M&A may create a better company if the assets acquired or merged with provide accretive value to the company. Bigger doesn't necessarily mean better. The Carmanah Craft acquisition was written off. Exceler Holdings was written off. Clearwater Cannagrow Partnership was written off.  Pure Therapy was supposed to have the following - "that the Company forecasts an overall gross ...more

After reviewing what you wrote, this is my feed back... the reason they abandonned the vertical integration model was because of the sudden shift in the market of over supply and declining prices. I think that was a smart move The reason they put a hold on the european market was because they were waiting to see where italy and germany were going with the legalization of cannabis. again I think ...more

The vertical integration of the company is continuing with the acquisiton of Embark.  Embark was in trouble and Bevcanna for some unknown reason couldn't seem to be able to get a sales licence. So they bought one and potentially some extras (Hazel/Hank Hash) but I don't know about Protein Quest (can't find anything about it.) If the facility in Delta is sold then the processing ...more

EMBARK is not in trouble they are exactly what bev needed, listen shneps I put out the info for you that is alot more precise than what you want people to believe, it can be easily verified but you chose to pick on point from the past and turn as negative as you can. I don't do that I put down precisely whats going on and it looks very promising for the company and share holders. so we can go ...more

I've actually had a few buy orders in and then pulled them at the last minute because I believe there are questions yet to be answered. And appartently unless I have inside information, like you seems to have, then I can afford to wait. I have read all their promises, their actual timelines of execution and nonexecutions. I always said the MC should be under 20M and with it currently at 34M I ...more

So let me understand this.. you were very close to buying some shares and then pulled out correct? Ok! So it would appear to me by your statement you are on the fence because you need more convincing right? And your also saying this is not a good time to short the stock I would imagine correct? Well at least shneps you are showing a bit of honesty and I respect that!  Here are some points for ...more

Now for the gravy SALES License was key but EMBARK also has the no.1 product in Canada.. They have propirierary IP with EMBARK hash sticks and bubble hash, They have the no.1 selling hash product in Canada!!! And there is so much more to come.

As being being early on in this business. That may be the case for cannabis but Naturo has been around for over 22 years along with the supplements. There was no money in it and that's why they sold it to Bevcanna. Just asking but do you have something showing Embark having the No.1 product in Canada. Recent. As for proprietary IP that needs to be taken with a grain of salt. Nextleaf ...more

Once the stock hit 20c I would not suspect people will generally be shorting this stock. Unless something were to happen. i.e. financials. 20c was where the stock basically started its climb, where most of the initial money value was placed, they don't want to see dropping below 20c and it was grotesquely overvalued so any idiot knew they could short this. If you are implying my shorting of ...more

More "assets" that aren't tied to cash flowing businesses... noice. The bankruptcy process for BEV is going to be a nightmare.
Comment by shneps on Jan 29, 2022 10:15am
I don't believe bankruptcy is anywhere in their near future. They have a lot of things in their back pockets to execute yet. Unfortunately they took a shotgun approach to their business model trying to take in too many angles and making poor investment decisions based on the bigger we are the more we have to offer. As seen with many cannabis companies the markets have changed significant since ...more
