Where are the company's MD&A + Financials? Nothing posted since November 30th 2021. They are known as quarterly reports you know. Every legitmate companies does it without excuses. Only bad companies use Covid as an excuse for not disclosing.

If the CEO believed in how the company's performance would increase with the establishment of products in the market place he would not be selling 1.9M+ shares at the company's lowest ever stock price point. This is only common sense. Please give me "one reason" why this perception (of him selling all those shares) would not be taken by the market as a "bad thing". CEO
