Thanks Alfee555. This is exactly the numbers that I posted previously. 500K came from his direct holding (shares, not options), and 500K came from his indirect holding (shares, not options). So where the options come into play?

To my knowledge mostly all of the shares a CEO has in a company is for compensation of some performance within the company. These shares are granted by the company as options. When exercsed by the CEO the options become shares and are either held or sold for the cash.
