Interesting  article from 2018 talking about Voisey's Bay. Take note in the image the distance the mineralization was spread across. Looks like somewhere between 5 and 7 km and much of the mineralization was deep. Discovery Hill, the Ovoid and mini ovoid was up near surface but the Reid Brook deposits and Eastern Deeps was much deeper. If it wasn't for the stuff up near surface the ...more
