I'm so sick to my stomach. The statement of cash flows. That's why we have no money and doing a capital raise already. As soon as they raised the almost $5M, they already had it spent. Right out the door to salaries and consultants. So they are doing these crappy interviews with just $46,000 left at end of December, and we think they have $5M to work with. Jesus!
And nothing about the mystery code we bought from Nivaura for $60K. Bundeep pulling in over $400K if you include his consulting business that we pay for.
The only good thing i can say is that all private placement investors have been fleeced at a higher price than us if they don't get the stock up. And there warrants will expire worthless liek the previous investors' warrants. And they too are in higher. That's the only silver lining. I wish I could not be so disgusted. I'm trying to stay positive, but this is dog food we are being served. And they keep issuign billions in shares. Pardon me if I'm a littled PO'd. And our marketing SUCKS.
If you are going to fleece people, buy competent marketers. Where is the ethics? In fact, how is it NOT ethical to hire the mafia to prmoote this stock? If you are going to burn money, give somethign back to your investors. I hope they get mad. Wave Financial and others are part of them.

Our investments actually show up on this filing. PHUN still there. Worth half of what it was then as our only liquid asset. Keeps falling like a rock on Jupiter, and they sold PremFina instead. Fair value on all investments is a net loss, so I don't know how that's "stellar" performance.
All I can say is they are goign to run out of cash and lose face. So, I don't know who's going to put up this next round but they should be asking a lot of quesitons. I'm in under everybody, so I'm going to let them lose all their money first. They all die or we all make a profit. And we might want to fire Bundeep, hate to say it. I don't know where our governance is at, but Martin Graham isn't doing anything for us here that I can see. I don't know if this buddy system is blinding them to their fiduciary duty here or what, but I'm not seing jack #$#@ and that's why our stock is in the toilet.
What do we ahve to show for the $5M spent? Where is the product? Where ist he revenue? Where is the distruptive website launch? I'm not seing jack #$@T!
