HIGHLIGHTS:
1. Vision: To issue innovative Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) by learning from the success and shortcomings of early entrants in the field, particularly before the involvement of large financial institutions

MY THOUGHTS:  I guess that means we still have a product coming.  Hopefully a significant revenue generator that can cause excitement.  We may need to show proof of pudding after years of negligence.  Especially after that swarm of hungry retailers a few years ago when the company responded with a PR saying "we don't know our stock is up."  People have been imprisoned for less.  We had this whole capitive audience. All this should have been happening then.

2. The intersection of technology and philanthropy represents a powerful force for positive change in today’s world.

MY THOUGHTS:  Philanthrophy is fine, but only *AFTER* I get paid.  We need to paid first. Investors are starving and we are long overdue our pay.  Especially the first round that got nothing.  Which makes me wonder why this second round came up.  They have to be asking, will we get stiffed like the first round? So, don't let this new round get stiffed too.  Because third round may see a pattern of abuse.

3.  Tokenization of music: Music tokens have gained considerable attention as a novel way for artists to monetize their work and connect with fans. 

MY THOUGHTS:  I actually saw an ad about this from somebody else last week. They are already moving forward and we haven't done nothign yet.  Please don't let us be a dollar short and a day late again. If we are going to do this, please get this product out ASAP and start generating revenue and excitement and hire competent stock promoters.  And pay them on results only.  No results, no pay.
