My Open Letter to Private Investrors of Fineqia

Dear Private Equity Investors,

To Wave Financial, David Siemer Individually, and all of you investors that participated in the private placements the last two years:  Your warrants are going to expire worthless in 2025 if this company doesn't do anything.  It might be not a compelling argument if you wait until 2025 to start acting concerned about your money.  Because by then, outside investors may wonder what did your money do?  If it's all squandered by then and nothing to show for it, they might not have any reason to invest here.  And if they don't invest here, that means no liquidty for you guys.  Right? Do you follow me?

So, if just one of you want to hire your own stock promotion firm, I would have no objections.  As you can see, everybdoy this company hires never do much of anything.  They make a few interview, but they have no audience.  You might do better hiring your own firms that can appeal to large markets and get viewership and understand how to promote a stock.  Issuing Press Releases weekly, talking about sales projecions, and how this will be the next big thing.

You might remembmer GameStock (GME).  This was a dead company basically.  But there was a guy on Wallstreet bets that dressed up in strange hats and talked it up.  You can watch the movie to get an idea of how to promote a stock.  And a fever catches on.  FOMO grabs hold.

I would urge you all, especiall you David Siemer if you are reading, to hire somebody in 2024 that actually WORKS on stock promotion.  It maybe a great return on invstment.  But be sure to hire somebody that doesn't get paid unless they show results.  Like maybe tie their compensation to stock performance only.  And lock them in where they can't exit unti lthe term of their contract.  So it would behoove them to actually want the stock to go up and actually do something about it.  This would preferrably be done by artistic minds that understand how music and graphics can motivate people.  Good presentations.

I've always urged this company to contact a mafia representative.  They don't listen.  Maybe a private investor who is getting concerned about your money might want to do this?  Not sure how to contact them as they aren't listed in the phone book.  But, if you can, they know marketing better than anyone in my opiniion.  So give them someting good to work with.  If they can make snake oil look appealing, imagine what they can do with a real product? This all assumes we have a real product in the pipeline.  I'm sure since you invested int hsi company, you believe there is a real product too. Somewhere.  Even our website says that's what we do.  Even when we don't.

Maybe they could talk about our investments in Nivaura and Black Insure since we have those listed on our website as investments too.  I'm sure a stock promoter can explain it well to the masses.  Just please fine somebody that has an audience that actually has money and is looking for a place to put it to work.

Sincerlely,

Long Term Disgruntled Fineqia Investor.
