Where are they going to get $1.8 B to build it? not with equity, I hope, or shareholders will dilluted to nothing. Problem is, why should a Major buy/and build this when they can expand exiting plants much cheaper - no real LT shortage of this stuff. The multi-years time it'll take to get permitted, the fert shortage will be over Plus, anybody pumping up the stock will be met with a huge ...more
