Insider Report on SEDI

I'm not sure what to make of it ( not bright enough) but it shows a couple of transactions. Nothing huge and if I'm reading it right, it shows a sale at .50? 

Feel free to offers thoughts on this. 

Holefully it means nothing and this will continue onward and upward.

Looks like the .50 is in US dollars. The insider Allen Schwabe has been involved with a few companies.  It appears he's a real estate agent. What value he adds to this company, I'm not too sure.
