GAIA moving to CSE
Why? Maybe CSE has no restrictions concerning US mj penetration? I believe TSX restricts its listed MJ corporations from US market due to US federal prohibition........whats Mr Pels end game with this move?

It's legal to sell hemp and CBD in US. Canopy sells it and they are on TSX and NYSE.

Canopy does that through channels not direct. Gaia moving CSE shows they have a link or channel in mind to do cross border business which is great!

I guess they have no choice but to be listed on the CSE after aquiring these new stores, being that their current share price and earnings not meeting TSX requirements.

Not many stocks on the TSXV meet the TSX listing requirements....probably why they trade on the VENTURE exchange......lol

I understand that lol, what i am saying is because the aquistion of the B.C stores forces them into the CSE now ,due to TSXV listing regulations as compared to CSE.

Do some DD they were owned under "The Green Room" and by Gaia CEO Fred Pels not too hard to dig versus silly questions. Anyhow you are leaving stock best of luck many are going no where this has an obvious future as per first revenue PR today which is an excellent start!!
