No Land Ownership
When you are in discussions with the sellers of all three properties to renegotiate and extend both the payments and closing dates on the properties, you can’t plant any hemp. You can’t get any permits approved. You can’t build on the land. You apparently can’t fill a PP. You can’t do anything because you don't own the land. The sellers still own the land. It's pretty simple yet here we sit waiting because they don't own any land whatsoever. It really is mind boggling after all the NR's about the land acquisitions last year
