The market certainly hasn't picked up on the mechanics of this deal and how awesome it is but it's only been 1day. I guess as they grow this franchise and do more deals like this the financials will start to do the talking.

The restaurants are also likely to serve products originating from the base business generating increased ssles, if I understand the new structure correctly.  Nothing not to like imo., like anything else got to go out and back up the promises.  I think they can.  Not enough people following this to result in a material pop.  Be nice to get a BNN mention one of these days.
