Drip, drip, drip the inevitability of a dam bursting

This steady and irrefutable progress (new restaurant openings ...) must be a bit nerve racking to anybody who is shorting this stock - - or hoping that the price comes down significantly - - in order to purchase shares.

Imagine a slow drip of water droplets collecting beyond a dam.   At some point the reservoir fills up, and the dam bursts.   I'd hate to be short when that happens.

Like a pot full of water simmering with a lid on it ... at some point ... the inevitably of that water boiling over ... with scorching hot heat ... one would have to be careful ... one could easily get burned.

I know how to be patient, and I also know a steady development and evolution of progress, when I see it.

Drip, drip, drip.

Like the tortuous practice of water-boarding - - when will the next drip fall, and when will the dam burst?
It doesn't feel so far away ;-)
