Hypothetical; What if Scenario using MTY example

I was interested in the following hypothetical scenario/question:

What if Happy Belly's share price changed over 10 years similarly to how MTY's share price changed during an early 10 year period.

Notes:
1) I used the US $ share price data (using the symbols HBFGF and MTYFF)

 2) I wanted to begin with an MTYFF share price that was under $1; in other words, similar to our current US$ share price for HBFGF.   I did this using yesterday's HBFGF share price of $0.90.

3) I used a google finance graph of MTYFF to find "when" MTYFF was about US  $0.90 per share.  For the MTYFF historical data I had to use a Google Finance graph to find the relative time period (note yahoo's financial daily data does not go back that far).   On 7/23/2004 MTYFF was approximately $0.90 per share (it's actual price was $0.94 on 7/23/2004).  IOW, I used 7/23/2004 as my start date for MTYFF and then looked at it's price each year after that date; i.e. one year later, two years later, three years later, ... Ten years later - - ending in July 2014.  In July of 2024 MTYFF's share price was about US $30 per share.

4) During MTYFF's Ten Year Period from July 2004 to July 2014; I calculated each year's annual percentage change in share price (% change from previous year).   I then applied these percentage change figures to HBFGF's share price; for the ten year time period Dec. 2024, projected thru Year-10 (IOW Dec. 2034).

5) I don't have any expectations that these types of changes to HBFGF's share price will actually happen in the future (IOW - - The future is way to hard to predict, and what will actually happen to HBFGF's share price is anybody's guess - - it will depend on how well or poorly the company performs, and NOT on what has happened to MTYFF's share price in the past.   I know this is a hypothetical exercise, and I just did this as a "What if" type of exercise.  My own decisions about whether to hold, add to, or sell my shares is NOT based on this type of HBFGF vs. MTYFF share price analysis.

With all these caveats made - - if you want to see the results of the analysis - - click on the link below.

correction to the previous post: Point 3) should read: ... In July of 2014  (NOT 2024) MTYFF's share price was about US $30 per share.
