To a Healthy Comeback
The 3 founders voluntarily resigned based on the advice of the day from legal counsel suggesting it would help increase the probabiltiy of maintaining their canadian LP liceince. They were also assured by Blair Jordon and Karim that they would do their best. Their best was to rape millions of dollars from the company and drive it into CCAA where they were solidily in control to take the cream for themselves and a few friends who had lots to gain from blocking out the three founding fathers.
The original mandate of Blair and Karim was to help the company but very early in the process Blair changed his intentions to seek personal financial gain by dismantelling the company for peraonal gain by forcing it into CCAA and significantly profited from its demise. Blair is not a pawn he's the primary reason we are all suffering these losses. We now have an opportunity under Philips leadership, indepth knowledge of the cannabis space combined with the committed determination to make things right to bring this company back from the ashes. These are my personal thoughts only.

how Philip Campbell can be a CEO is pretty crazy. Was he not responsible for all the BS from the illegal activity that happened to ASNT. This is another example of pure corruption in the weed world and people like him should not have the opportunity to control companies after they were involved in fraud.

I agree, but not much we can do about it.. just sit back and watch what's left of your investment melt away to nothing.
