Phillips was the CEO when Ascent went from .80 to .01.... got terminated fro the company, and was involved in the illegal activity that lost them their license, why would anyone think that this guy is legit... i would not buy into any company this douchebag is involved with... look at other stock, stay away from this stock it will eventually go to 0...... buyer beware

I appreciate your perspective on the matter.  when i originally invested in this company i was very impressed with their presentation.  I'm unfortunately one of the many people who lost a lot of money on this stock....
