As Gal suggested it seems the reset by LUFF is both measured and focused and not without some serious reflection. While the private placement and recent loan offered shares and warrants at bargain basement share prices the resultant capital looks like it has been and will be used to position the company to be much more successful. Morningstar's Fair Value sp is also measured at $.06 but I'm optimistic when their speculative 1-star valuation has been steadily increasing and now sits at $.53.
It would be great to see the stock breach one or two of the resistance points that sit at $.05, $.055 and $.06 this morning. There's strong support at $.04 so it looks as though LUFF may have found a new, sustainable plateau.
GLTA!!!
