Warrants...

There are approx 88M warrants coming due by the end on June...

This will put some pressure on the share price and if the company want's to cash these, then there would have to be some positive developments to encourage investors to convert these...

There are currently approx 400M share o/s....fully diluted.

 If the release of filings in 2020 is any indication, the timing for these warrants could be fantastic for the company and shareholders. If so the annual filings for 2020 and the Q1 filings for 2021 should come out in May ....about a month ahead of the warrants.
