Is HODL UNDERVALUED?

Did a quick check on Bitcoin treasuries site, and just as a comparison, BIGG on the CNXC has 169m shares/O ,300 BTC, valued at 17.4m and a share price of $3.53. HODL has 123m s/o, 292 BTC, valued at 16.9m and a share price of .24c. ???
