I have to give it to the new CEO, he is not even been 4 weeks on board and he has accomplished more than Greg in the last 5 years. As I see it this last month has brought us to:
1) All the Debt is gone, that is nice for them to actually focus on business development and not phone calls from creditors.
2) Credit Facility of 2MM CAD @ 4%, that is nice, the banks must have liked his strategy, otherwise they would not have commited to 4% only.
3) The Cash they raised through the PP should allow him to get things moving much faster, lets face it, one of the reasons Carl did not make it in the past, is because they were always restrained due to low cash flow. And they can’t move slower then they did during the old governance.
I hope this is just the starting point
And we hear more about their new technology platform in the coming weeks.
