MPX once converted
question. If i own 10000 shares of MPX @ 0.96 or $9,600.00 and converted at .1675 is that about 1673 shares of IAN ? and if so what price would the IAN share be ? at the current price of 5.95 or higher ? How many MPX International will i have also based on 10000 shares ?
will MPX go back to 1.27 before conversion?
thanks
SP

You will get 1000 shares of MPXI and you will have shares of IAN at the price it is at the time of the merger.

The price was determined on OCT 17. That is when the actual deal price was struck.

the price is only set @0.1673 IAN per MPX. The dollar value is determined on the day of closing. So there is no extra .30 cents to be had by buying MPX to get IAN shares. I did the math this morning and they are trading in perfect unison. No extra value here. I really like this comany BTW, post merger especially. Love the value

I just did the calculation for the US shares at todays closing as a 2.7% favorable exchange. Plus the MPX I .1 shares (can't forget them) If iA gains more % before closing it would be better.

correction 10000MPX x 0.1 = 1000 MPXi not the 100 I wrote earlier.
