MPX once converted

question. If i own 10000 shares of MPX @ 0.96 or  $9,600.00 and converted at .1675  is that about 1673 shares of IAN ? and if so what price would the IAN share be ? at the current price of 5.95 or higher ? How many MPX International will i have also based on 10000 shares ?

will MPX go back to 1.27 before conversion?

thanks
SP

You will get 1000 shares of MPXI and you will have shares of IAN at the price it is at the time of the merger.

I copied this from a news letter and it makes sense;   By our estimation, the market is valuing MedMen at US$2.4 billion.          It’s valuing Curaleaf similarly at US$2.9 billion         iAnthus and MPX combined are trading at nearly a third of these levels.           ...more

Basicly its 10% MPXI but subject to be adjusted to reflect the SP on day of close of IAN to 30% gain as stated by the CEO. Its a win win for IAN and MPX. Not mention IAN will be a lot more proffitable with all the new deals incorperated from MPX that complement were there selling right now. Also both companys are one with two tickers so they will follow each other respectfully. The percentage ...more

at the current price of IAN 5.93 x 0.1673 share conversion = 0.992 cents MPX per share value plus you will recieve 0.1/share of the new MPX international (not yet valued or traded) 10000 MPX x 0.1673 = 1673 IAN shares which equals $9920.89 in current IAN share Value 10000 MPX x 0.1 = 100 MPX International shares (unknown share price) so long story short the value of your acct will increase as of ...more

thank you for your reply. i thought the value price was 1.27 per share? or did i get that wrong?
Comment by Mike411Ontario on Jan 10, 2019 8:13pm
The price was determined on OCT 17.  That is when the actual deal price was struck.
Comment by PurdeepBalawali on Jan 11, 2019 1:03pm
the price is only set @0.1673 IAN per MPX. The dollar value is determined on the day of closing. So there is no extra .30 cents to be had by buying MPX to get IAN shares. I did the math this morning and they are trading in perfect unison. No extra value here. I really like this comany BTW, post merger especially. Love the value

I just did the calculation for the US shares at todays closing as a 2.7% favorable exchange. Plus the MPX I  .1 shares (can't forget them) If iA gains more % before closing it would be better.

I got a Question for ya. if i bought more shares on monday are they considered as part of the deal since it hasnt closed yet? Tuesday is the meeting for holders from October 17th to vote but what if i bought more now? I guess its still open for new share holders untill its finilized correct?

correction 10000MPX x 0.1 = 1000 MPXi    not the 100 I wrote earlier.
