So they raised more cash to buildout. So the creditors think US$6.43 is reasonable.  The Notes accrue interest at the rate of 8% per annum, payable quarterly, which may, at the Company's option, be paid up to 50% in common shares of the Company ("Common Shares") for two years following closing. The Notes are convertible into an aggregate of 5,912,160 Common Shares at US$5.92
