Pros: Over 400 mil in real assets. 100 mil in secured debt against that 400 mil 60 mil unsecured Rev run rate easily over 125 mil per year 50% gross margins Slashed corporate spending and expansion plans Operating cash flow positive 50 mil market cap.

  I dont think you understand, yes that is the book value for the assets. That is NEVER what people pay when they know the company is fkt... By example, Wayland had over 200M in assets... They sold the entire thing for 10.2 million...... Equity holders got nothing.

Show me any comparables at how Waylands assets were worth more than 10 million even when they stated 200 million. Not one reasonable comparable. I can show you lots to compare Ianthus' asset value to other comparables to show real value. (Not over inflated assets paid for). I'm not going by book value, I'm going by comparable market value for the assets value of around 400 million.

It seems like this is going to CTO,  maybe it's Gotham's Hand. Take over company for cheap since they are in default. Never trades again? Is that possible?
