Interesting. Not sure how one does DD on a company wherein the stock took on a massive run (as did IDK), insiders dumped at the highs (as did IDK), let it drop and consolidate it to heck (as did IDK). You're better at reading the tea leaves than I am.  That said, it does seem to have some life this time with ... of course insiders selling again and again and again.  I took a look

Current selling is due to exercising warrants to allow the company to add investments. They've added 10 new investments since September. They now have 31 tech and 21 junior resource investments. They will be starting the report monthly NAVs at the end of this month for Mid Feb release. It you can't see the writing on the wall of their portfolios performance as of late then you might as

Thanks for your investing advice Flack. I do invest a lot in bluechips. This is fun money. But, thanks for you concern!  Took a look at One Bullion again. Sub-par at present time. It needs a lot of work and good results before it becomes amazing as you profess. IMO.

One Bullion has 62M shares outstanding, doing a 20M financing.  +80M shares is a lot for a 'almost' grass roots exploration play .... IMO.

They're going public, that's why the offering. Keep the blinders on and you'll be left in the dust like the rest of the doubters on the way up.

Flack, Not sure why keep saying 'stuff' without giving some baseline of thought. If you think One Bullion is going to be amazing ... tell me why.  When i look at the data they have on their presentation it's so-so. I wouldn't call that amazing. They will have +80M shares out, with $2M in the bank. A good cash position to get a lot of work done. If the results improve then I
