Posting to get ahead of the usual crowd. Per Nasdaw listing requirements for maintaining listing. The stock must close for 30 days under $1US before a notice is delivered to the company. They then have 180 days to bring it back up before any repercussions. Germany has said they want to announce a legal rec market before their house summer break in July. Trade accordingly. Now trading less than 1x projected 2022 revenue.

I am wrong about Germany. Latest news suggested planning over summer with introduction for passing into law the fall session.

Day 1 of 30.  No investor relations doing anything to sustain cocnfidence.  I get the market is down everywhere, then tell me why other cannabis companies with less or no revenues are not having there stock prices demolished??   Investor relations!!!  My predictament or crystal ball if I may.  Company will be delisted off Nasdaq or the management will choose to roll back ...more
