Time for IM Cannabis to be threatened with IM Delistment

Last year, I received IM Cannabis shares as a result their MYM Nutraceuticals takeover.

At that time, IM Cannabis shares were projected to reach $10.00 a share, which is why I bought some more.

However, so far this year, the stock has been a complete failure and grossly missed the target as share prices are now at a record low level of 87 cents a share and a prospect of delistment from the NASDAQ.

Management failed this company miserably, and its time for them to get IM Booted Out before the stock is IM Delisted and investors like myself are screwed.

Time for IM Cannabis to be threatened with IM Delistment.

Bags getting a little heavy there Moosey? Please list what the company has failed to accomplish? And your thoughts on every other cannabis company that is also down 50-60+% from the highs.

No other major cannabis company, notably Aurora, Canopy, Aphria, or HEXO have experienced a meteoric drop in their share price. Secondly, since IM Cannabis is listed on the NASDAQ, they have a legal responsibility to ensure their stocks are above the $1 per share standard. If it doesn't meet that standard, the company faces delistment, and all investors will suffer.

Not illegal, against their regulations. Nice of you to cherry pick CDN majors. now do the same with every US mso and get back to us. A week more of sub $1US close will prompt a warning with a 180 day grace period to get it above $1US just once at close during that period. This will drag on longer than you can bear. Im losing patience with your BS. Hold shares on the CSE and you have nothing to ...more
