I sense the market knows the financing is coming and given that he sold most his shares at around $0.38, its hard to justify a valuation for a new round of financing when the CEO has no skin in the game - I am wondering if he was unloading what remains so that he can participate in the financing. He has over-promised, under delivered, and has been part of shady techniques to promote this stock ...more
