I have been begging for this Company to exploit licensing royalties on our very broad patent portfolio. Maybe our new Beastly Law Firm has identified competitors and users that have not been paying ? Insiders could be banking on profitable litigation and substantial Royalty ( mailbox ) monies on-the-way. Who knows ? Someone is quietly buying, and so far... holding. My conjecture only in lieu of any other big revenue developing news. 

Let us gather and pray. I own waay too much and have held waaaay tooo long to capitulate for Pennie's.
