yes my scotia current bid ask is frozen but I have level 2 there so re-freshing the page helps me....on my td I don't have level 2 and the bid ask are both frozen....crock of shite, crooked as hell

no excuse other than manipulation of some form as the volume has dried right up the last 90 minutes, their tech guy could fix this in a second but I guess he's been told to stay away
