Only if we are lucky.  Who wants a shell with 400 million shares and millions of outstanding warrants. They have a better chance of going belly up than becoming a shell

      It'll be a massive restructuring. All remaining warrants and options will be cancelled. The actual acdc ownership in the new company will be minimal.
