Do I Think ACDC Will Merge With Daymak

this isn't a straight forward answer from what I see. While anything is always possible my answer in the short term is no. Whether Daymak goes public is also another story which I am not clear on. What all the dealings between ACDC is from my understanding is a strategic one where ACDC provides the batteries and to get the first right consideration.ACDC diluted by the amounts disclosed in the press release with the CEO of Daymak it was what 10 million shares???. By the looks of it and my understanding the dealings is the one where Ionix Pro the wholly owned subsidiary of ACDC has been created or will be created to independently trade as a spinoff so theoretically what I see is that ionix will be publicly listed at some point but with all the dilution that is talked about I feel the fair thing for the company to do is give each us a stake in it however I doubt that will happen unless there is some sort of consolidation so the notion of planned dilution to 600 million shares makes sense where I strongly believe the company will likely use them for ionix pro. to be listed. I see the company trying to work it's way to this. If this is what is going on I don't see any reason for Daymak and ACDC to merge but again anything is possible who knows for sure. Anyways this is only my best assessment and opinion take it with a pinch of salt. I know things will become clearer as they go along but I will not be surprised to see Ionix Pro to be listed at some point otherwise there is really no reason to have created this. It is possible ACDC will become more of a diverse holding company. Let's see where things go.

nnwzz why did ACDC have to form a subsidiary ionix pro? That is as direct of proof you can get!! But what I am looking for and cant find is where the share exchange consideration was made with Daymak and ACDC someone posted it that seems to me being a set up to all this. Bottom line I have been involved with many pennies and only a handful with subsidiaries which inevitably got spun out. There is ...more

Subsidiaries are formed because the acquired company doesn't want to be associated with the parent company.

You're making the claim, you have to provide the proof. Stop dodging. Not to mention the fact that this isn't a thing, even, if forming subsidiaries wasn't a normal thing in business (it is) . I said it isn't guaranteed bit I strongly feel it is and gave my reasons for them. Whether you or anyone else accepts it or not is not my problem. I have told you in cases where the subsidiaries have been spun out not sure what more you are expecting here. Either it happens or not. Time will tell. So you said companies become subsidiaries so that they are not recognized as being attached to ...more
