Could be a retail investors or RBC, You don't know for fact. All that matters vis the market activity has changed. Small 10-50 share trades gone!!

The underwriters transfer the shares to the investment houses through cross trades, hence primary market. Large shareholders buy from the investment houses also through cross trades because retail trades are too small. Retail investors (you and I) buy from each other, hence secondary market.
