Blox? Here's Abernaty's track record on that
Look what I found! Went to the "BLOX" board and only one message, enjoy.

Blox sues former president Abenante 2017-09-11 10:55 ET - Street Wire by Mike Caswell Blox Inc., an OTCQB listing with a gold property in West Africa, has filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court of British Columbia against its former president, Vancouver's Robert Abenante. The suit claims that Mr. Abenante made several unsubstantiated transactions with company money. Among other things, he paid his personal credit card and made payments to a private entity he controlled, Blox says. The allegations are contained in a notice of claim that Blox filed at the Vancouver courthouse on Thursday, Sept. 7. The defendants are Mr. Abenante and a private entity that he controls called Emerald Power Consulting Inc. The suit identifies Mr. Abenante as the president of Blox from Feb. 27, 2014, until he resigned on May 1, 2015. He received $10,000 (U.S.) per month through Emerald. The transactions at issue, as described in the lawsuit, came to light after Mr. Abenante had left the company. Blox says that it began a forensic audit of its records some time before September, 2015, and discovered many wrongful transactions. Among other things, the company found wire transfers to Mr. Abenante and Emerald that were not supported by any documentation. There were also payments to his personal credit card. The company has not provided any dollar amounts. Blox further complains that Mr. Abenante neglected to perform his duties. The lawsuit has few details, but does have many less-than-complimentary words to describe Mr. Abenante's failures. Among other things, he took no steps to develop the company's business, did not devote sufficient time to his duties, acted in a manner of self-interest, did not maintain proper financial records and failed to assist the company after his resignation, the suit states. Blox claims that as a result of Mr. Abenante's failures, it has suffered the loss of cash, revenue and business opportunities. The company is seeking appropriate damages. It is also seeking the return of 11,402,496 Blox shares that Mr. Abenante holds. He received most of the shares as part of his employment agreement, the suit states. Vancouver lawyer John Fiddick of Whitelaw Twining Law Corp. filed the suit on behalf of Blox. Mr. Abenante has not yet filed a response. The lawsuit from Blox comes on top of a similar claim against Mr. Abenante from Blox's majority shareholder, Waratah Capital Ltd. In its suit (filed the same day as that of Blox), Waratah says that before Mr. Abenante became president of Blox, he had proposed to Waratah that he would develop Blox into a renewable energy company that would ultimately have a $10-billion market capitalization. Waratah says that Mr. Abenante failed in that regard. Waratah's suit makes many of the same allegations as Blox, and seeks appropriate damages. Blox, meanwhile, looks to have moved on from Mr. Abenante and his alleged failures. The company says that it is exploring the Mansounia gold project in Guinea. Blox received an exploration licence in February, 2017. The stock is somewhat active on the OTCQB, closing Friday at 23 cents.

I don't usually do name calling but you're a complete beanbag. Why don't you try addressing the facts about this guy and defend him that way? Show us he's not a crook and a failure by pointing out his success with companies! You can't because there are none that I know of. Beanbag.
