This Halt and the spike in price today looks pretty positive ....let's hope it won't take too long to release the news and....., if this was a circuit breaker halt I think it would have said that on the message from IIROC

Its definitely not a circuit breaker being triggered. Those don't tend to last more than 5 or 10 min. And it's been posted below that it's upon request by lib pending news
