Thoughts on a buyout?

Here is why I think we may be ripe for a buyout:

Two licenses at play (sales/distribution, and cultivation). Any new company (big alcohol, Tobacco, pharma) would need to apply for these licenses and get behind in the queue for a year or two. At 100 mil mkt cp we are cheap, and a perfect entry into the sector for someone who doesnt want to wait long for license. Throw a hostile ~200mil bid and I don't think management would be able to say no. Would be peanuts to a big company. Would be an auto double or triple in sp overnight.

I don't see LIB being bought out. They would be very appealing to the major players, but I believe LIB is more than happy doing this on their own. With the direction(s) they are taking, they're not a flash in the pan. Cultivation, distribution, and a very underestimated value in ESEV pet products... well on their way to being a great success story. North Road vault capacity currently at $6
