Not technically but if local I buy here from other MMAR or ACMPR growers for some variety. It's not technically illegal if your not profiting from sale . These operations aren't cheap and some cover costs through friends making donations we'll say . Also in BC a few years ago there was a CBC article about someone combining x self production licenses and selling only to licensed

Cool. They hve some intriguing strain names and descriptions. Coming from someone who's smoked under 25 times in my life from black market stuff that I had no idea of what was in it. That'll change in a few months.

Ya I know and figured this would be the case . To be honest I was just thinking that and it would also  put shareholder at risk . It's Wishful thinking then hopefully  by spring some of us might  be able to try product . Lol

Fair . I really just wanted to see how it compares to broken coast product. Heard they have great great stuff. Hoping Just Kush is going to be our little gem.

The old MMPR and MMAR didn't have those inclusions though . FYI That's why I still have one old pink slip . I've seeked legal advice on this topic . This is why so many still hold their old permits and refuse to join ACMPR. I have permits from all three acronyms just to be safe ! Lol

My prescription is for a Designated Grower and my personal prescription is also for self productions. With the rules the way they are set you only have choice of buy from LP's or self production. Unfortunately I gave up the right to buy from licensed LP's as they won't allow you both . Also just Kush isn't a LP and could only sell to another patient locally and underground , would
