The big elephant in the room is that they have to get those licenses and the fact is theres at least a couple hundred companies lined up to recieve one and HC seems to be only granting 2 to 4 a month and its only to the very large companies or to the ones connected to them , it kind of looks like a long shot at best, I own shares and just starting to feel that this could be a big problem here

I'm sure HC knows what they're doing, .its in their best interest to get company's licensed. They've hired more people. It's the company's that need to be in compliance.
